At ALSC, we specialize in providing support and services for individuals and businesses around the world requiring authentication and legalization of their documents for use internationally. As a customer service agent, you will be an essential part of our team, helping our clients navigate the often-complex process of authentication and legalization.

**Job Title**: Authentication and Legalization Customer Service Agent

**Location**: Ottawa, Canada

**Employment Type**: Full-Time

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide excellent customer service to clients seeking authentication and legalization services.
- Facilitate the authentication and legalization process, including liaising and attending when required at the relevant government agencies and embassies.
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information on the authentication and legalization process, requirements, and fees.
- Ensure all documents are completed and submitted accurately and in a timely manner.
- Track and manage client documents throughout the authentication and legalization process.
- Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to company policies and procedures.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong customer service and communication skills, with a high level of professionalism and empathy. Must be a highly organized person with strong computer skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple clients and priorities.
- We require a minimum of five years of experience working in a customer service position, with a preference for individuals who have worked in legal or government settings, or who have held managerial/supervisory positions with customer service responsibilities.
- Having knowledge of authentication and legalization procedures and prerequisites is advantageous. We will provide you with the necessary training to accomplish this through ALSC, equipping you with the knowledge and tools essential for your success.
- Fluency in English is required and French or Spanish is a bonus.
- Clean Driving Record
