We are looking for a **Sales Team Lead **to join our Retail team at **Sprouted Oven**. Our Sales Team Lead will assist with the day-to-day sales related activities and provide support to the Retail Store Manager and Retail Store Coordinator.

**OPPORTUNITIES**

The Sales Team Lead will provide support for the daily planning, organization and follow-up of all sales related activities within the store. This individual will aid the Retail Store Manager in the day-to-day operations of the store, while motivating and inspiring the sales team to maximize the store’s sales performance through customer experience.

- Knowledge of natural foods, vegetarian and vegan lifestyle preferred
- Knowledge of health and healthy lifestyle
- **Experience**_
- Previous retail sales and inventory experience in the food industry is an asset
- Must have excellent communication skills; fully proficient in English
- Two (2) years recent related experience, including one (1) year supervisory experience, or equivalent combination of education, training and experience.

**Things you will do **
- Manage Backroom:

- Ensure organization, product storage and rotation by staff.
- Staff Management/Support
- Support in creating an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture.
- Achieve delegated tasks within set deadlines.
- Motivate fellow team members.
- Support training to team members when necessary
- Provide store key holder support including opening and closing of the store as required
- Store Operations Management
- Execute day-to-day operations.

**OTHER**
- Ability to frequently bend and reach while stocking
- Flexibility with schedule changes and shift times
- Availability 6 days per week (Sun
- Friday)
- Ensure customer complaints are dealt with in accordance with company policy
- Ensure that visual merchandising standards are achieved and that all products are displayed in accordance with company policy
- Floor sale support / restocking as needed.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
