**About the Role**:
As we enter our summer season and prepare for a busy fall, we’re looking for passionate, responsible, and motivated individuals to step into the role of **Team Lead**. As a Team Lead, you’ll help guide our seasonal staff, keep things running smoothly, and ensure every guest has a positive experience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead the team during day-to-day operations
- Ensure tasks are being completed efficiently and correctly
- Make and manage staff break schedules
- Support staff in resolving guest concerns with positivity and care
- Communicate clearly with both staff and management
- Be willing to train and work in all areas of the farm (retail, check in, food, animals, attractions, etc.)
- Assist management with inventory counts and other key tasks as needed
- Lead by example with patience, teamwork, and a can-do attitude

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Good availability, especially on **weekends and holidays**:

- Plans to return for future seasons
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to stay calm, problem-solve, and make decisions under pressure
- SIR Certification is a strong asset

Pay: $17.40-$19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 40 per week
