Healthy escapes provide a beneficial break from daily life that promotes rejuvenation and well-being, in contrast to unhealthy escapism that leads to a neglect of responsibilities. **Overview** **Duties** - Greet visitors, clients, and vendors warmly, creating a professional and friendly first impression - Manage multi-line phone systems, answer inquiries promptly, and direct calls accurately using proper phone etiquette - Schedule appointments, coordinate calendar management, and assist with meeting arrangements - Perform data entry tasks with precision, including updating records in QuickBooks and other office management software - Support office operations by managing supplies inventory, processing invoices, and assisting with bookkeeping tasks - Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution - Provide customer support by addressing inquiries professionally and efficiently - Assist with clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, faxing, and document proofreading - Support administrative projects as needed, including personal assistant tasks or special assignments **Experience** - Prior office experience or administrative support roles that demonstrate strong organizational skills and multitasking abilities - Proven proficiency with computer literacy including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Docs), and data entry tools - Experience handling multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette - Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs effectively - Knowledge of QuickBooks or bookkeeping experience is a plus for handling financial transactions accurately - Familiarity with front desk operations in medical or dental settings is advantageous but not required - Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in proofreading and filing tasks - Ability to manage time efficiently in a busy environment while maintaining professionalism at all times Join us as a Front Desk Receptionist where your positive attitude and organizational prowess will set the tone for our office We value proactive individuals who enjoy supporting team success through exceptional customer service and administrative excellence.
