**Job Title: Part-Time Receptionist (Evenings & Saturdays)**
**Location**: Ultra Hair Solutions & MediSpa
**Hours**: 15 hours per week (Evenings & Saturdays)

Are you passionate about customer service and looking to be part of a dynamic team in a busy, fast-paced environment? We are a full-service hair salon, spa, medispa, and hair restoration/replacement clinic, seeking a friendly and organized **Receptionist** to join our team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist clients upon arrival with professionalism and warmth
- Manage appointment scheduling for salon, spa, medispa, and hair restoration services
- Answer phone calls and handle inquiries with excellent communication skills
- Process payments and manage daily transactions
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed, including managing client records
- Maintain the front desk area and ensure a welcoming environment

**Qualifications**:

- Previous receptionist or front desk experience preferred, especially in a salon, spa, or medical setting
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multi-task and remain calm under pressure
- Experience with appointment scheduling software is a plus
- Availability to work evenings and Saturdays
