The **Commercial HVAC Service Coordinator** is responsible for organizing and managing the scheduling of HVAC services, overseeing daily operations, and ensuring excellent customer service. This role requires a proactive individual who can handle multiple tasks and prioritize them effectively.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Schedule and coordinate HVAC service appointments.
- Dispatch service technicians and ensure timely completion of service requests.
- Communicate with clients to confirm service details and answer inquiries.
- Maintain accurate records of service calls, client interactions, and inventory.
- Assist technicians with logístical support and purchase orders.
- Ensure monthly preventative maintenance tasks are completed.
- Process work orders and complete billing procedures.
- Collaborate with suppliers and vendors for equipment and parts.
- Implement and monitor quality control processes.
- Provide administrative support to the service team as needed.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training is a plus.
- 3-5 years of experience in HVAC service coordination
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to handle stressful situations with a calm demeanour.
- Knowledge of HVAC systems and service procedures is preferred.

**Work Environment**:

- Office-based role with occasional site visits.
- Fast-paced environment requiring adaptability and problem-solving skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $55,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
