**SUMMARY**
Working closely with our Residential Maintenance Manager, the **Residential Services Coordinator** is responsible for coordinating the suite turnover process, work orders, inventory ordering and monitoring, and providing property maintenance support. They will maintain the residential customer database and provide support to 8 residential maintenance team members.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Manage the Suite Turnover Process including scoping suites, developing and maintaining schedules, and arranging/coordinating/managing trades
- Create, assign and monitor the completion of work orders
- Enter and maintain all applicant, new and existing resident data information in our system ensuring information remains current and accurate
- Monitor and maintain 3rd party provider service levels to meet all corporate and customer requirements and standards
- Maintain and file property and financial records in compliance with legislative and company requirements
- Coordinate divisional bulk purchasing activities and monitor divisional inventory programs and processes
- Organize and coordinate preventative maintenance and capital project activities
- Prepare and assist with the preparation of RFP's for preventative maintenance and capital projects
**REQUIREMENTS**
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Residential Property Management or Residential Facilities Maintenance
- Computer and smartphone proficiency required including Microsoft Office Suite
- Proficient spoken and written English
- Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
- Criminal background check required
- Must have a valid G driver’s license, access to a vehicle in good working order with minimum liability insurance of $1,000,000.
