We are looking for a **Human Resources Assistant** to join our growing Operations Department at ERP Buddies Inc. This role will report to the Manager, Operations.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Assist with all internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests.
- Produce and submit reports on general HR activity.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices.
- Assist in the administration of the onboarding process by new employee set up coordination and onboarding training.
- Maintain the integrity and confidentiality of employee files and records.
**QUALIFICATIONS**
- 1 - 2 years of experience or a recent graduate from Human Resources Management program.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Exceptional oral, written and interactive communication skills.
- High level of energy for a fast-paced working environment.
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team while maintaining a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
**Salary**: $40,000.00 per year
