**Title: Part Time - HR Assistant (25 h/w)**

**Qualifications**:
Minimum 2 years experience in Administration

1-year experience as an HR Assistant

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist with all internal and external HR related inquiries and requests
- Assist with Recruiting
- Assist with all training records and procedures
- Assist in performing various functions as required such as filing/updating HR records, data entry, WSIB, Benefits, processing new hire documentation to Payroll
- Act in accordance with Fielding’s policies and procedures
- Other personnel or administrative tasks as assigned

**Qualifications**:

- Proficient in MS Outlook, Word, Access, PowerPoint and Excel is a must
- Certificate in Human Resources Management preferred
- Excellent and professional verbal and written communication skills
- Highly developed organization skills with the ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Ability to manage a varied workload and clear deadlines
- Demonstrate accuracy and attention to detail
- Must be resourceful and a quick learner
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment and be flexible to daily demands
- Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently
- Shows initiative and handles assignments with mínimal supervision
- Effective HR assistance and people management skills

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 25 per week

**Salary**: $20.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Morning shift
- No weekends

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mississauga, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Human resources: 1 year (preferred)
