**Job Summary**
**Responsibilities**
- Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Maintain and update employee records.
- Coordinate training development initiatives and assist in organizing employee training sessions.
- Provide administrative support for various HR projects and initiatives.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies throughout all HR activities.
**Requirements**:
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities are essential for maintaining accurate records.
- Previous experience in human resources or administrative roles is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
