**Sales & Marketing Coordinator** **Mission Statement**: “Build brand awareness, strengthen customer loyalty and drive revenue growth through assisting with the development and executing effective sales and marketing strategies. Leverage a deep understanding of the winery's products, target markets, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and challenges, and craft compelling messages and campaigns that resonate with our Brand." **Responsibilities of a Sales & Marketing Coordinator**: - Enrolls and educate both guest and team on event/experiences to increase attendance - Identifies opportunities to leverage local relationships/partnerships for future growth - Assist in planning and coordinating sales and marketing events and meetings - Call and meet new and existing key accounts, enter orders and invoice partners - Keeps promotional materials ready inventorying stock; placing orders; verifying receipts etc. - Create and build positive relationships with partners - Consult with partners after sale to provide ongoing support by maintaining all active accounts - Negotiate supplier and advertising contracts with guidance from the Sales & Marketing Manager - Manage Festival and Event sponsorships to ensure the winery is maximizing all opportunities to emulate the brand - Representing Magnetic Hill Winery at external winery events when needed - Identify opportunities and challenges in the marketplace, and craft compelling messages and campaigns that differentiate the winery's products and services - Track and analyze sales and marketing performance metrics, and adjust strategies and tactics as needed to achieve desired results - Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies, and make recommendations for continuous improvement of the winery's sales and marketing efforts - Ensure that all sales and marketing activities adhere to legal and ethical guidelines, as well as the winery's brand standards and voice - Looking sharp and professional every day, while still being approachable and friendly **A day in the life**: - Develop compelling and tailored content for each advertising campaign, including taking photographs for social media and marketing use - Communicate promotional initiatives and campaigns to all internal managers - Schedule and Execute video and photo shoots, as necessary. Manage all image and video libraries - Ensure daily workflow, schedules, and project deadlines are being met as defined by Manager - Conduct and lead site tours of the winery as required - Create sales reports showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansion - Monitors budgets by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts - Create content for social media accounts - Helps fellow team members and other departments wherever necessary **Preferred**: - Bilingual (French and English) or multi-lingual - Love dogs (Magnum and Brix our Australian Shepherds are around for lots of cuddles) - High school diploma or GED - Post-secondary education or relevant sales and marketing experience **What you bring**: - A love for wine - Able to work well with others and can also get things done solo, all while producing great results.
