The Bilingual Marketing Associate will also:

- Promote, safeguard, and enhance our clients' brand reputation through direct communication with potential, new, and existing customers
- Collaborate with all departments and stakeholders to ensure consistency and relevance of marketing campaigns across different territories
- Execute and coordinate marketing campaigns, coordinating logistics, promotional materials, and communication strategies for events
- Prepare reports on the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
- Stay informed about global trends, industry developments, and changes in consumer behavior across various language markets

**The Bilingual Marketing Associate Requirements**:

- 1-3 years of experience in communications, marketing, and/or sales or a related degree
- Proficiency in written and verbal communication in English, French, and/or Spanish
- Knowledge of issues management and crisis communications response is an asset
- Strong understanding of marketing and sales principles and their impact on organizational goals
- Exceptional organizational skills, ability to prioritize tasks, work under pressure, and meet targets and deadlines
- Excellent listening and analytical skills to effectively analyze and respond to customer needs and feedback
