Over at **Aztro,** we looking for results-driven _Sales Representatives_ with excellent interpersonal skills. Our _Sales Representatives_ are responsible for communicating face to face the benefits of our company's products in order to drive sales. Sales Reps with us at **Aztro** will serve as the point of contact between us and our prospective clients. You will have a range of responsibilities including identifying and educating our prospective customers while supporting existing clients with information and assistance that relates to products and services.

**Some Responsibilities**
- Selling products and services using solid arguments to prospective customers
- Performing cost-benefit analyses of existing and potential customers
- Maintaining positive business relationships to ensure future sales

**Some Duties Include**:

- Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
- Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
- Continuously improve through feedback

**What we’re looking for**:

- Diploma/Bachelor’s degree - appreciated but not required
- 1-2+ years experience in retail/hospitality/customer service
- Able to commute to office in Moncton (not a remote opportunity)
- Somebody who is driven and ready to roll up their sleeves
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
