**Job Summary**:
Educators Financial Group is looking for an experienced and proactive **Executive Administrative Assistant** to the CEO This role is critical and accountable for providing confidential and high-level administrative support primarily to the President & CEO as well as the Executive Leadership Team. The Executive Administrative Assistant will also be contributing towards various Human Resources administrative initiatives.

In this role, the Executive Administrative Assistant will be responsible for
- Planning, scheduling, attending, taking meeting minutes, and following up on action items
- Co-ordinating HR Committee Board meetings, preparing agendas, arranging meeting locations and logistics, assembling and distributing committee packages, attending meetings, taking meeting minutes, and following up on action items
- Scheduling quarterly All Staff Town Hall meetings, leading the preparation and arrangement of Town Hall meetings
- Composing letters, memorandums, and reports on behalf of the CEO by identifying required information, researching background information, and gathering it from appropriate resources
- Proactively managing the CEO’s calendar
- Maintaining CEO’s corporate VISA expense records, and preparing and submitting expense reports with accompanying receipts
- Assisting with event planning and special projects, as required
- Providing administrative support to the Executive Leadership and Management teams, as required
- Maintaining and updating assigned HR documents and systems, as required.

**Qualifications**:

- University degree or college diploma in Business preferred
- Certificate in Executive Assistant preferred
- Minimum 5 years on-the-job experience as an Executive Assistant and/or performing similar duties as required
- Superior written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to adapt to changing situations
- Excellent time management skills, strong attention to detail
- Strong technical skills in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Experience in the mutual fund industry a strong asset
- Demonstrates an eagerness and desire to continue to grow personally and professionally which is evident in on-going activities through utilization of self-learning initiatives and mediums. Strives to exceed performance expectations by continually challenging oneself and “raising the bar.”
