At Titan, the **Inside Sales Administrator** is responsible for supporting the administrative functions within the Sales and Customer Service departments and reports to the Account Manager. This role works cross-functionally on a multitude of platforms to get answers and gather the information necessary to ensure our customers and internal stakeholders receive the level of service they require.

**Duties and Responsibilities**

Customer Relationship Management
- Document all interactions with partners into the company’s CRM system in alignment with established processes and procedures
- Follow-up with partner requests in a timely manner, representing the voice of partner (VOP) within Titan

Quoting & Order Processing
- Build and process quote requests and sales orders within the company’s ERP system
- Provide order status updates, tracking information, and manage expectations accordingly with partners
- Work across other departments to find answers to partner queries and requests
- Communicate with production and supply chain stakeholders to ensure product availability is aligned with partner demand

Administration & Documentation
- Document department processes and procedures in collaboration with internal stakeholders
- Provide administrative and back-up support to the Account Manager
- Provide back-up support to the Technical Support Representative
- Schedule all Titan employee travel within Canada and the USA as required including flight, hotel and car rental bookings
- Support employees with the completion of travel expense reports and submission in alignment with Titan finance processes and procedures
- Other administrative duties as assigned

**You Possess**:

- A bachelor’s degree or diploma, or equivalent experience
- 2-5 years’ experience in a sales and customer service capacity
- Document control and/or Communications experience an asset
- Experience using a CRM or ticketing software platform, Hubspot, considered an asset
- Experience with an ERP system is an asset
- Excellent time management and the ability to prioritize your workload, putting the customer’s experience front and center
- Experience in the trucking, liquid measurement, or Petrochemicals industry is an asset
- Strong attention to detail, proficient in computers and MS suite of tools
