**Inside Sales Representative**

QUEST is recognized as a Canadian leader in the distribution and manufacturing of industrial products for critical fluid sealing processes. The wide variety of sealing solutions provided by QUEST have been important tools for many industries including the Refining, Chemical Process, and Power Generation industries.

Reporting to the Inside Sales Manager, the Inside Sales Representative will play a crucial role in maintaining exceptional relationships with customers. This individual will need to frequently use and maintain an adequate business knowledge regarding pricing, inventory, products, and manufacturing capabilities.

**Key Accountabilities Include**:

- Process customer orders, and/or vendor purchases and manufacturing requirements into our operating software promptly and accurately while maintaining a work pace that meets acceptable standards.
- Respond to customer inquiries, price quotations, purchase orders, order changes, adjustments, and cancellations in a time sensitive manner.
- Answer questions regarding order information, shipping issues and non-technical product information.
- Build a good comprehension and knowledge of industry products and specifications.
- Familiar with manufacturing, shipping, and receiving processes and time to fulfill order requirements.
- Interact with business development department about customer related issues, challenges, and qualified leads and prospects.
- Communicate effectively with other departments (manufacturing, purchasing, warehousing, shipping, receiving, and administration) to ensure customer requirements are fulfilled accurately and on time.
- Maintain up-to-date records of sales orders, purchase orders, and return orders accurately.
- Maintaining the company’s reputation of exceptional customer service in every interaction.
- Participation in the on-call rotation.

**Key Qualifications Include**:

- Previous experience with Inside Sales is preferred.
- Post-secondary courses preferred.
- Industry Experience is an asset.
- Experience with all aspects of Microsoft Office, including excel, word, and outlook.
- Completion of CFSP, ISD’s Certified Fluid Sealing Professional program is an asset.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Self motivation - drive to exceed targets, willingness to learn and grow.

**Salary**: From $54,000.00 per year
