**Your day-to-day activities will include**:

- Provide administrative support to the local management team and employees;
- Provide leadership and compliance in site safety processes and objectives;
- Prepare and distribute weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting;
- Ensure accurate, timely and secure documentation and filing per auditing standards;
- Assist with Human Resource administration;
- Administer and maintain user and security access;
- Coordinate staff recognition programs, communications, events, and supplies;
- Procurement and management of office and facilities supplies.
- Post secondary education in administration and/or Occupational Health and Safety or equivalent experience;
- Minimum two (2) years of relevant administrative experience supporting health & safety activities, and/or general office administration, or human resources environment;
- Must have organizational, multi tasking, and time management skills;
- Must be visible on an industrial setting, able to conduct Mill audits and daily communication with front line employees;
- Ability to lead and positively influence peers;
- Working knowledge of Federal H&S Legislation - CLC II and COHSR;
- Proficient computer and systems skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook);
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- Experience working with a unionized work environment is considered an asset.
