Office Administrative Assistant

**Job Overview**
We are looking to hire an Administrative Assistant/Bookkeeper to join our company. The employee fulfills receptionist duties, provides administrative support to the President and manages the accounts payable/accounts receivables. This role is essential for ensuring the smooth operation of our office, providing support to staff and clients, and maintaining efficient office procedures.
**Responsibilities**
- Greetings clients and answering calls
- Scanning, faxing, coping and filing of various documents.
- Basic client intake procedure (i.e New Files)
- Assist with bookkeeping and financial tasks using QuickBooks
- Handling mails incoming and outgoing
- Maintain organized records and files, ensuring easy access to information
- Utilize Microsoft Office for document creation, spreadsheets
- Helping administratively as needed and requested
**Qualifications**
- Completion of High School
- Excellent in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc)
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent typing skills with attention to detail for data entry tasks
- Customer oriented / team player
- Strong time management skills
- Some previous experience in the same field will be an asset
- Experience working on Quickbooks is an asset
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: $18.00-$21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 - 25 per week
