**Overview**:
**About The Position**:

- The T-Bar Pub Supervisor is responsible for managing the workflow and schedule for the front of house team, in addition to ensuring an outstanding guest experience in the T-Bar Pub. Join our Food and Beverage team, ski and ride for free on your days off

**Responsibilities**:
**Job Duties**:

- Understand and train staff with point-of-sale system, serving etiquette, and company policies
- Lead and support staff and run a profitable establishment
- Scheduling
- Ensure cleanliness of the building
- Create events to maximize revenue
- Ordering and inventory and ensure proper stock rotation
- Ensure all AGLC policies are being adhered to

**Qualifications**:
**Knowledge, Skills and Abilities**:

- Deliver friendly, appealing service
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Previous supervisor experience is an asset
- Knowledge of beer, wine, liquor and cocktails is an asset
- Valid ProServe certificate (Alberta)

- Able to lift at least 50 lbs.
- Weekend, Evening, On-call, Overtime as required
