**Overview**:

- We are looking for energetic and friendly bartender to join our winter staff team. This key role is responsible for providing excellent customer service and providing a fun, welcoming atmosphere in the T-Bar Pub and during special events. One of the best positions at the hill to snag first tracks as most workdays start mid-morning

**Responsibilities**:

- Facilitate a fun, friendly and welcoming atmosphere.
- Provide excellent customer service in an efficient and friendly manner.
- Serve and mix drinks for customers and servers
- Follow ProServe guidelines for responsible alcohol service.
- Provide information to guests on daily specials
- Prepare check and collect payment from customers, handle personal float and perform cash-out
- Help in other areas of restaurant when needed and keeping the bar area clean and organized
- Awareness of resort activities and ability to communicate this to guests.
- Maintain stock levels for the bar and inventory

**Qualifications**:

- ProServe certification (Alberta)
- Server and/or customer service experience required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of bar services and products
- Experience with point of sales systems and cash handling

**Where We Are**:

- Castle Mountain Resort is located at the end of Highway 774, near Pincher Creek, AB. This is a remote work location. There is a communal living Staff Accommodation building on-site for new and returning non-supervisory, seasonal employees. **Work Conditions**:

- Able to lift at least 50 lbs.
- Walking and standing for extended periods.
- Weekend, Evening and Overtime as required
