**Overview**:

- The Food & Beverage Server position includes serving food, coffee and liquor as well as handling guest payment with our point-of-sale system in Castle Mountain Resort’s Food &Beverage outlets include: Occasional events in the Lodge and T-bar pub. Join our Food and Beverage team, ski and ride for free on your days off

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and serve customers at the till
- Use of point of sale system to provide customer service
- Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks in a service bar
- Stock inventory in soda fridges, and various food displays
- Handle cash and cash count in till and basic cash out to CMR policy
- Clean and organize service area and refill items following CMR manual and procedures

**Qualifications**:

- Experience as a F&B server in a fast-paced environment
- Deliver friendly, appealing service
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of Coffee and alcoholic beverages are an asset

****Where We Are**:

- Castle Mountain Resort is located at the end of Highway 774, near Pincher Creek, AB. This is a remote work location. There is a communal living Staff Accommodation building on-site for new and returning non-supervisory, seasonal employees. **Work Conditions**:

- Able to lift at least 50 lbs.
- Walking and standing for extended periods.
- Weekend, Evening and Overtime as required.
- Valid Pro-serve
