Operational decisions are made here (head office = the basement of the day lodge) and our long-term direction is plotted by a group of passionate, volunteer directors who represent more than 200, predominately local shareholders.

**About The Position**:
The Barista & Cashier Supervisor is responsible for managing the workflow and schedule for the Barista & Cashier team. Their main objective is ensuring an outstanding guest experience in Castle Mountain Resort’s Day Lodge Cafeteria. Join our Food and Beverage team, ski and ride for free on your days off

**Job Duties**:

- Greet and serve customers at the till
- Use of point of sale system to provide customer service
- Troubleshooting with team members, any point of sale system issues
- Scheduling
- Ordering
- Create espresso drinks at our specialty coffee station
- Deliver drinks and food items in a friendly, efficient manner
- Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks in a service bar
- Stock inventory in soda fridges, and various food displays
- Handle cash and cash count in till
- Perform cash out to CMR policy
- Clean service area and refill items
- Ensure proper stock rotation

**Knowledge, Skills and Abilities**:

- Experience as a cashier and/or barista in a fast-paced environment
- Deliver friendly, appealing service
- Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
- Previous supervisor experience is an asset
- Knowledge of coffee, teas, espresso is an asset
- Knowledge of beer, wine, liquor and cocktails is an asset
- Valid ProServe certificate is an asset

**Working Conditions/Requirements**:

- Must be legally entitled to work in Canada
- Able to lift at least 50 lbs.
- Walking and standing for extended periods.
- Manual dexterity required.
- Weekend, Evening and Overtime as required.

**Where we are**:
Castle Mountain Resort is located at the end of Highway 774, near Pincher Creek, AB. This is a remote work location with no mobile coverage or public transit.
