**The Position**:
As a **Parts Advisor**, you will be at the forefront of our commitment to providing top-notch service to our valued customers. Your expertise in automotive parts and accessories will make you an invaluable resource, ensuring that our customers receive the right components for their vehicles, whether for routine maintenance or performance upgrades.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Parts Identification**:Utilize your knowledge of automotive parts and accessories to help customers find the perfect fit for their vehicles. You're the parts guru who can identify components by sight and function, ensuring accuracy and satisfaction.
- **Customer Champion**:Provide exceptional service by listening attentively to customer’s needs, answering questions, and provide expert guidance on parts selection.
- **Product Knowledge**: Stay up-to-date on the latest automotive trends, parts, and accessories. Be the go-to expert for customers seeking advice on upgrades, enhancements, and customizations.
- **Inventory Management**:Maintain a well-organized parts department, monitor stock levels, and place orders as necessary to ensure a comprehensive and up-to-date inventory.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with our service technicians to ensure seamless customer experiences and maximize parts and accessory sales.
