**Job Duties**:

- Assist field medic personnel with equipment deliveries, audits, and training.
- Organize storeroom, ensure equipment and vehicles are in ready state for upcoming work.
- Provide continuous leadership and ongoing support for field paramedics (EMR, PCP, ACP).
- Cover last minute schedule gaps or sick calls for field medic personnel (This may require travel and working out of town from time to time).
- Conduct site safety tours and participate in safety meetings.
- Incident reporting and assist in investigations as required.
- Participate in emergency drills as required by Bravo Target Safety and/or clients.
- Maintain a professional and always committed attitude towards all personal on site.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years’ prehospital experience in emergency setting.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in oil and gas or construction.
- Managerial experience or experience in health and safety an asset.
- Clean Class 4 Driver’s License.
- Standard First Aid with CPR/AED Level A or C (or equivalent).
- Common Safety Orientation (CSO) or willing to obtain.
- H2S Alive or willing to obtain.
- Demonstrated leadership in all aspects of the job and ability to work in a team environment.
- Excellent organizational, written, and communication skills.
- Computer proficiency with the ability to use Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to pass Drug and Alcohol testing.
