Key Responsibilities:

- Operations Management: Coordinate daily spa/med spa functions, including scheduling, inventory control, equipment maintenance, and compliance with health and safety standards.
- Staff Leadership: Recruit, train, mentor, and supervise aestheticians, medical providers, and front-desk staff. Foster a positive, professional work culture that prioritizes exceptional guest care.
- Client Experience: Ensure clients receive a seamless, luxurious, and results-driven experience. Address concerns, manage feedback, and maintain service quality that reflects the Medi Spa brand standards.
- Financial Oversight: Monitor budgets, oversee sales of services, memberships, and retail products to meet revenue targets.
- Marketing & Growth: Collaborate on promotions, social media initiatives, and community outreach to drive bookings and build brand reputation.
- Regulatory Compliance (for medical spas): Ensure adherence to medical protocols, licensing requirements, and state/provincial healthcare regulations. Work closely with medical directors or supervising physicians.

Skills & Qualities:

- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of spa/medical aesthetics treatments, products, and technology
- Business acumen and ability to analyze performance metrics
- Problem-solving mindset and adaptability
- Passion for wellness, beauty, and client care

Qualifications:
Managerial experience in a medical Spa - 2+ years

Knowledge in Medical Aesthetics and Laser Technician Certification

Pay: From $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37 per week
