**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the daily operations of the laboratory department
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and quality standards
- Develop and implement laboratory policies and procedures
- Manage and coordinate laboratory staff, including training and performance evaluations
- Monitor inventory levels and order necessary supplies
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient workflow and timely test results
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide guidance to laboratory staff
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of laboratory activities

**Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology or related field
- Certification as a Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS) or equivalent
- Knowledge in ELISA/Microarray Tests methods
- Experience in phlebotomy
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a hospital laboratory setting
- Strong knowledge of laboratory procedures, equipment, and quality control measures
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Proficient in using laboratory information systems and other relevant software
