Executive Assistant

**Overview**
**Duties**
- Creates board packages and other related correspondence
- Assists with various government reporting requirements
- Assists with preparations for ORT submissions and meetings
- Creates and coordinates regular tenant communications such as newsletters
- Undertakes assigned research and assists in the planning and implementation of all related strategy initiatives
- Assists with HR administration
- Provides support to employee training programs
- Manages the RHA cell phone plan and equipment, ensuring resources are managed effectively and that employees have working equipment
- Maintains the electronic filing system
- Provides other administrative support to the RHA Management Team
**Experience**
- 3-5 year’s administration or executive assistant experience required
- Ability to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing, with a wide variety of stakeholders including those from diverse range of cultures, abilities, and socioeconomic backgrounds
- Demonstrated experience in the creation of reports and analyzing information
- Commitment to confidentiality and a respect for diversity and individual differences
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize and organize a large workload while managing competing interests and deadlines
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and exercise good judgment and critical thinking skills
- Ability to collaborate with others and work effectively in a team setting
- Demonstrated ability to self-motivate, problem solve, and work efficiently under tight timelines
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $46,847.50-$51,192.72 per year
