ABOUT THE TEAM
We conduct hundreds of live auctions each year around the world. It takes a hardworking team of energetic people in a wide variety of full-time and part-time roles to conduct a successful multi-million dollar auction - from equipment inspectors, yard managers and operators to administrative staff and customer service representatives.
- RESPONSIBILITIES

- Assure un haut niveau de satisfaction client en communiquant de manière claire et précise.
- Enregistre tous les contacts clients dans le système de ticket d’assistance et conserve des informations complètes et précises.
- Développe et maintient une solide compréhension des exigences et des processus du client.Soutenez activement l'engagement sans réserve de RB en faveur de la sécurité : renvoyer chacun chez soi, chaque jour, comme il est venu au travail, en assumant la responsabilité personnelle de votre sécurité et de celle de votre équipe, de vos collègues et de vos clients.

Under the direction of the Customer Service Manager, The Customer Representative Supports:

- Ensures a high level of customer satisfaction by communicating clearly and accurately.
- Records all customer contacts in the support ticket system and maintains complete and accurate information.
- Develops and maintains a strong understanding of customer requirements and processes.
- Actively support RB's uncompromising commitment to safety: send everyone home every day as they came to work, taking personal responsibility for your safety and that of your team, colleagues, and customers.
- QUALIFICATIONS
- Baccalauréat préféré, diplôme d'études secondaires ou équivalent requis.
- Minimum 3 ans d'expérience dans un environnement de support client.
- Excellentes compétences en relation avec le client et capacité à traiter avec différents niveaux de compétence des clients avec patience et politesse.
- Compétences en bases de données relationnelles, SQL et en dépannage requises.
- Expérience de la suite Microsoft Office.
- Expérience du processus d'achat au paiement préférée.
- Compétences supérieures en communication écrite et verbale.
- Une passion pour un haut niveau de satisfaction client.
- Capacité à travailler dans un environnement dynamique et axé sur la performance.
- Être disposé à travailler selon des horaires atypiques si nécessaire.Multilingue essentiel.
- Bachelor's degree preferred, high school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a customer support environment.
- Excellent customer relations skills and ability to deal with different levels of customer expertise with patience and courtesy.
- Relational database, SQL, and troubleshooting skills required.
- Experience with Microsoft Office suite.
- Experience with the purchase-to-payment process preferred.
- Superior written and verbal communication skills.
- A passion for high customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, performance-oriented environment.
- Willingness to work atypical hours as needed.
- Multilingualism essential.
