**Job Summary**
**Duties**
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our services and generate interest.
- Utilize telemarketing techniques to engage potential customers and qualify leads.
- Schedule appointments for the sales team based on client availability and interest.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, appointments, and customer interactions in Salesforce.
- Negotiate terms and conditions with potential clients to facilitate successful appointments.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition from lead generation to appointment setting.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the appointment generation process.
**Experience**
- Proven experience in inside sales or telemarketing is preferred.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM systems is a plus.
- Ability to market services effectively and understand customer needs.
- Strong customer service orientation with a focus on building relationships.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

- Offrir un excellent service à la clientèle tout au long du processus.
**Expérience et compétences requises**
- Expérience avérée en ventes internes ou en télémarketing (atout).
- Excellentes aptitudes en négociation et capacité à conclure des ententes efficacement.
- Excellentes compétences en communication en anglais, à l’oral comme à l’écrit.
- Connaissance de Salesforce ou d’un autre système de gestion de la relation client (CRM) (un atout).
- Capacité à promouvoir efficacement les services et à comprendre les besoins des clients.
- Sens du service à la clientèle axé sur l’établissement de relations de confiance.
- Autonomie, motivation personnelle et capacité à travailler en équipe.
