Territory Sales Manager

**About the role**:
The Territory Manager will provide an essential function in powering sales and market development within the assigned geographical area. The position will be responsible for developing and retaining relationships with cannabis stores and other essential partners in the local cannabis market through consistent communication and regular onsite visits. The Territory Manager will also be asked to represent Adastra brands at local conferences, tradeshows and other industry events as needed. We are looking for a self-starter with industry experience ready to increase our product visibility and market share while ensuring compliance with all relevant industry regulations.

**Duties and responsibilities (include and are not limited to)**:
- Implement a strategic territory plan to achieve sales/revenue targets and expand market presence.
- Identify new opportunities with pre-existing clients while cultivating relationships with new potential cannabis stores.
- Provide top-level communication and support to the local market to ensure ongoing brand loyalty.
- Prepare regular reports to the Head Office on the local territory including product trends, customer feedback, competitor activities and regulatory developments.
- Collaborate with Marketing and other departments to execute promotional campaigns as required.
- Improve visibility and exposure of our products through increasing display presence and marketing efforts within our current local client base.
- Analyze client sales metrics on a regular basis and make suggestions to improve sales and brand growth.
- Represent Adastra brands at local tradeshows, conferences and other industry events.
- Keep up to date client records utilizing our CRM system.
**Qualifications/competencies**:
- Post-Secondary required/bachelor’s degree preferred
- 2+ years’ experience in a Cannabis Sales Representative/Territory Manager role or related industry experience
- Expert computer skills, including proficiency in Excel and MS Office, CRM & other sales platforms
- Strong knowledge of cannabis products, local territory, and industry regulations.
- Exceptional communication, professionalism, and relationship-building skills.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Ability to travel locally and nationally as required.
- Must be able to obtain provincial cannabis sales certifications as required (EX: QCW, Sell Safe, Selling It Right etc.)

Pay: $55,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
