Mader Group’s recruitment team is expanding To support this growth, we are seeking a full-time Recruitment Administrator. This would be a great opportunity for a Business Administration or Human Resources student seeking to gain valuable experience with a global business.

**Note**:This is an office-based role, working Monday to Friday. Full time or co-op student positions will both be considered.

**Core Duties**:
The Recruitment Administrator supports the recruitment team with day-to day operational administration and data entry including but not limited to:

- Processing criminal background checks
- Scheduling employment medicals
- Adding new employees in required payroll systems
- Maintaining employee files
- Booking accommodation for incoming expats
- Updating the employee roster

**What you need to get the job done**:

- Minimum 2 years of administrative experience
- Previous recruitment experience is preferred
- Business Administration or Human Resources education is preferred

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Internship / Co-op
Contract length: 8-12 months

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
