Reporting to the Director of Sales and Marketing, the **Sales and Conference Coordinator** will support the sales and conference team in all activities related to sales management, event coordination, and client satisfaction. This role plays a key part in coordinating sales efforts and maintaining strong relationships with our clients.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Support the sales team with daily sales activities.
- Prepare and send quotes, proposals, and contracts to potential clients.
- Work closely with clients to address inquiries, provide information on products and services, and resolve issues.
- Track ongoing sales, update CRM systems, and provide regular sales status reports.
- Collaborate with other departments, including production, logistics, and customer service, to ensure a seamless and high-quality client experience.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of our products, services, and industry to better advise and assist clients.
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in sales coordination or sales support.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
