(www.siriuspersonnel.com) Profile: Our client is a Montreal company in the aerospace industry. We are looking for a Montreal-based sales coordinator who will be responsible for supporting and coordinating sales operations within a consulting environment. Our clients include government, established companies and emerging innovators. You will work hand in hand with sales and therefore interact with customers on all back-office and upsell opportunitiesTerritory: Global client base (high % in the US)Workplace: 3 days at downtown Montreal office+ 2 days home officeProducts/Services: Consulting servicesSalary: Base $63,000-$75,000Commissions/Bonus: Annual bonus of $2kCar allowance: N/AExpense's reimbursement: All reasonable expenses reimbursedOther Benefits:Full healthcarePension after 6 months with matching3 weeks vacationOff between Christmas and New Year's Functions:Manage client inquiries, requests for quotes, and product or service information.Coordinate follow-ups to ensure strong communication and client satisfaction.Assist in preparing sales proposals, presentations, and outreach materials.Maintain and update client and opportunity data within Salesforce (or equivalent CRM).Prepare and analyze sales reports in Excel to identify trends, pipeline progress, and performance metrics.Support coordination between sales, marketing, finance, and operations to ensure efficient sales administration. Requirements:Development vs Maintenance: N/ARoad vs Office: 0% vs 100%Languages: Excellent spoken and written English, French an assetEducation: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experienceTraining: Full training program providedOvernight Travel: Annual sales kickoff of 3-4 days per yearYears of experience: At least 2 years in a similar position neededOther requirements:Transferable contacts: N/ATransferable Knowledge: A fast learner and a team player neededKnowledge of Excel (formulas and pivot tables)Knowledge of Microsoft Office particularly PowerPointKnowledge of Salesforce or another CRM
