The person will perform independently in a rapidly changing environment, and to establish priorities for the work to be performed, in a stimulating environment and offering competitive conditions.

Coordinator tasks
- Buy and Sell orders.
- Assigning leads to company sales staff.
- Manage the RFQ spreadsheet by updating it with new requests.
- Processing of the files received from sales ensuring the collection of all details, approvals, and follow-ups. Release and follow-up of files to Engineering/Production.
- Coordinate with engineering staff for the prioritizing of orders.
- Drafting or collection of manuals, diagrams, booklets, quality docs, certificates of origin.
- Maintaining supplies of sales presentation materials, including slides and brochures.
- Tracking the quotas and goals of each member of the sales team.
- Entering order information into the company database
- Primary contact for customer queries, status updates, modifications to order details, and answering client questions regarding their account or sales products.
- Working with staff members from other departments such as engineering, research/design and financing to optimize sales.
