Administration/dispatch Support

**Overview**
MUST HAVE: Reliable transportation to work each day. This is an in-person job, there is no work from home. Working days are Monday through Friday 8am to 4:30pm
**Responsibilities**
- Answer/manage incoming phone calls, determining the purpose of the call by active listening and then making sure the call gets forwarded to the appropriate personnel and department
- Handle customer support inquiries with professionalism, providing information or resolving issues efficiently.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars for staff members.
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and maintaining organized records.
- Greet visitors and clients warmly, directing them to the appropriate personnel or department.
- Support office operations by maintaining supplies inventory and ordering necessary materials.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless communication across departments.
- Collect, sort, distribute and prepare correspondence, mail, messages, and courier deliverers
- Receive payments and record receipts for service
- Assist with other administrative and HR tasks as needed
**Skills**
- Strong clerical and administrative skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent customer support skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Experience in an office environment, is advantageous.
- Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining a positive attitude under pressure.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
