Responsible for managing the Human Resource and Payroll activities for assigned geographic area by implementation of Human Resource strategies to ensure the workforce is motivated, results driven and highly competent in their fields, with general advisory from Director, Human Resources. Implements strategic initiatives and assists in the development of tactical initiatives to accommodate corporate and market strategic goals and objectives as coordinated with Corporate Human Resources.
- Manage employee development process including assisting with identification of future leaders, coaching and mentoring programs as appropriate, and facilitation of formal programs and job rotational assignments, with emphasis on Supervisory skills development.
- Manage employee relations activities to ensure timely investigation and resolution. Evaluate recurrence or trends across market region and implement actions to mitigate in the future though appropriate training, coaching and discipline as required.
- Recommends new approaches, policies and procedures to effect continual improvements in efficiency of department and services performed.

**MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS**

**Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field

**Experience**:

- Seven (7) years’ experience in a Human Resources Generalist function
- Three (3) years’ of supervisory experience

**Knowledge, Skills & Abilities**:

- Proficient in Microsoft Office 2007 to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Ability to influence and persuade senior management level.
- Pragmatic problem-solving skills.
- Articulate communicator and ability to interpret and explain written and statistical data to a wide range of audiences.
- High standard of attention to detail.
- Solid commitment to customer or employee service.
- Ability to convey difficult and challenging information to managers.
- Ability to manage time and prioritize work

Responsable de la gestion des activités de ressources humaines et de paie pour la zone géographique assignée en mettant en œuvre des stratégies de ressources humaines pour garantir que la main-d'œuvre est motivée, axée sur les résultats et hautement compétente dans son domaine, avec les conseils généraux du directeur des ressources humaines. Met en œuvre des initiatives stratégiques et aide à l'élaboration d'initiatives tactiques pour répondre aux buts et objectifs stratégiques de l'entreprise et du marché, en coordination avec les ressources humaines de l'entreprise.
- Gérer le processus de développement des employés, notamment en aidant à l'identification des futurs dirigeants, aux programmes de coaching et de mentorat, le cas échéant, et à la facilitation des programmes formels et des affectations de rotation des postes, en mettant l'accent sur le développement des compétences en supervision.
- Gérer les activités de relations avec les employés pour assurer une enquête et une résolution en temps opportun. Évaluer la récurrence ou les tendances dans la région du marché et mettre en œuvre des mesures pour les atténuer à l'avenir grâce à une formation, un encadrement et une discipline appropriés, selon les besoins.
- Recommande de nouvelles approches, politiques et procédures pour apporter des améliorations continues à l'efficacité du département et des services fournis.
- Aider avec les exigences de l'État concernant la paie pour garantir des données précises et soumises en temps opportun ; gérer les demandes de renseignements du DOL et atténuer les règlements défavorables grâce à la mise en œuvre de mesures correctives.

**EXIGENCES MINIMALES** **Éducation**:

- Baccalauréat en gestion des ressources humaines ou dans un domaine connexe

**Expérience**:

- Sept (7) années d’expérience dans une fonction de généraliste en ressources humaines
- Trois (3) années d’expérience en supervision

**Connaissances, compétences et aptitudes**:

- Maîtrise de Microsoft Office 2007 pour inclure Word, Excel, PowerPoint et Outlook.
- Capacité à influencer et à convaincre les cadres supérieurs.
- Compétences pragmatiques en résolution de problèmes.
- Communicateur articulé et capacité à interpréter et expliquer des données écrites et statistiques à un large éventail de publics.
- Haut niveau d'attention aux détails.
- Engagement solide envers le service à la clientèle ou aux employés.
- Capacité à transmettre des informations difficiles et stimulantes aux gestionnaires. Capacité à gérer le temps et à prioriser le travail

**Compensation**:

- 80,000 - 122,100 CAD annual
