**Responsibilities**

**Automation & AI Projects**
- Collaborate with teams across different companies to identify and implement automation opportunities.
- Design and maintain workflows using tools like Zapier, Make, Power Automate, and others.
- Contribute to AI-driven initiatives (e.g., chatbots, document processing, predictive analytics).
- Support the integration of systems and tools to improve operational efficiency and customer experience.
- Coordinate and track project progress from design to deployment.

**Operational & Technical Support**
- Act as a second-level support contact for technical issues related to automation tools and systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues across various platforms.
- Document processes and create user guides to support adoption and scalability.
- College or university degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.
- Strong interest and early experience (academic or professional) in automation, system integration, and AI tools.
- Familiarity with platforms like Zapier, Power Automate, Make, or similar.
- Basic understanding of APIs, low-code/no-code platforms, and data flows.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and curiosity for emerging technologies.
- Self-driven, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams.
- Bilingual (French and English) is a strong asset.

**How to Apply**

Pay: $50,557.35-$110,111.36 per year
