**Key Responsibilities**
- **AI Integration & Automation**: Design and implement AI-powered solutions to enhance efficiency in engineering, accounting, marketing, customer service, and operations.
- **Software & Systems Development**: Develop and integrate AI-driven tools and workflows for mechanical/electrical design, CRM, and internal processes.
- **Engineering & R&D Support**: Use AI to improve design, prototyping, and testing of industrial equipment.
- **Data Analytics & Process Optimization**: Analyze business operations and propose AI-enhanced automation strategies.
- **Marketing & Digital Presence**: Utilize AI for SEO, content generation, and digital marketing strategies.
- **Web Development & Maintenance**: Enhance and maintain the company website using AI-powered tools.
- **CRM & Customer Service**: Automate and optimize client interactions and support.
- **Manufacturing & Supply Chain**: Implement AI solutions to streamline production, inventory management, and logistics.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in **AI, Machine Learning, Engineering, Computer Science, Automation, or a related field**.
- Strong experience in **AI-driven automation, software development, and business process optimization**.
- Knowledge of **engineering principles, mechanical/electrical design, and manufacturing processes** is a strong asset.
- Proficiency in **AI frameworks, programming languages (Python, Java, C++), and automation tools**.
- Familiarity with **ERP, CRM, and marketing automation platforms**.
- Ability to analyze complex systems and develop **custom AI solutions** for operational efficiency.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and **collaborate directly with the President**.

- **Marketing numérique et présence en ligne** : Mettre en place des solutions d’IA pour le SEO, la création de contenu et la publicité numérique.
