**Title: Sales and Direct Marketing Specialist**
The Sales and Direct Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, generating leads, engaging with customers, conducting sales pitches, supporting the sales team, managing direct marketing campaigns, tracking performance, and continuously improving sales and marketing efforts.
**Key Duties and Responsibilities**:
**Sales Strategy Development**:
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and campaigns.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify sales opportunities.
**Lead Generation**:
- Develop and maintain a database of potential clients and leads.
**Customer Engagement**:
- Engage with prospective customers to understand their requirements and educate them about the company's products or services.
- Conduct product demonstrations or presentations to showcase the features and benefits to potential customers.
**Sales Pitch and Negotiation**:
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales pitches tailored to the needs and interests of individual clients.
- Negotiate terms of sale, pricing, and contracts to close deals and achieve sales targets.
**Sales Support**:
- Coordinate with internal departments such as product warehouse, marketing, and customer service to address customer inquiries and ensure customer satisfaction.
**Direct Marketing Campaigns**:
- Plan, execute, and evaluate direct marketing campaigns to target specific customer segments or demographics.
**Performance Tracking and Reporting**:
- Monitor sales metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of sales and marketing efforts.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations summarizing sales performance, lead generation activities, and campaign results.
**Continuous Learning and Improvement**:
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and new technologies in sales and marketing.
- Seek feedback from customers and colleagues to identify areas for improvement and professional development.
**Skills and Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in sales, direct marketing, or related field.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and trends.
- Adaptability and willingness to learn new techniques and strategies.
- Previous experience in B2B sales or direct marketing preferred.
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools and techniques is a plus.

Pay: From $45,000.00 per year
