We are currently seeking **full-time Marketing and Sales Associates **who share our values of teamwork, integrity, and pursuit of excellence. As vital members of our team, the individuals will be involved in all aspects of marketing and sales operations, including strategy, promotion and advertising, customer relations, sales, and performance analytics. **The Full-Time Marketing and Sales Associate will**:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute marketing campaigns, and monitor the performance of marketing initiatives
- Engage in conversations with consumers, actively listen to their concerns and needs, educate new and existing consumers about available services, and close sales
- Develop a deep understanding of the products or services being marketed and sold
- Participate in sales meetings and presentations to potential clients, effectively communicate the value of products or services, and address client questions and concerns
- Continuously seek opportunities to increase sales and revenue, and work towards achieving individual and team sales targets
- Ensure customer satisfaction and exceed expectations to create loyal brand advocates and encourage repeat business
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and regulations, including data protection and advertising standards
- Provide regular sales reports and insights to management
**The Full-Time Marketing and Sales Associate Requirements**:
- Valid G2 or G Drivers License and a Personal Vehicle are required
- Must have an open Full-Time Availability and be eligible to work 40 hours per week
- A degree or diploma majoring in Marketing/ Business is an asset
- Up to 3 years experience in promotional marketing, sales, or related work fields would be an asset
- Strong interpersonal skills with clear communication (verbal and written)
- Strong organizational skills to meet tight deadlines
- A self-starter able to identify projects and solutions
- Ability to work efficiently in a team and independently with mínimal direction
- Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities

**Salary**: $34,424.00-$40,664.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
Ability to commute/relocate:
- North York, ON M3B 1Z4: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
