The Research Administrative Assistant provides administrative and logístical support to the Medical Director of Research a. Reporting to the Director of Medical Affairs, the role works collaboratively with Research team members in elevating and expanding Research operations and footprint across the organization. Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Assist with project approval tracking and coordination
- Process intake documentation for new study projects submissions
- Process intake documentation for research volunteers
- Act as liaison between research staff and administration
- Develop, organize, and post website content
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience in an administrative position
- Ability to perform data collection, interpretation, and demonstrated analytical skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, including demonstrated proficiency in letters and memo writing and website procedures documentation
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills coupled with the ability to work independently, handle multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and excel in a dynamic environment
**Additional Information** Status**: Permanent Part-time
**Hours**:Monday to Friday; Days up to 22.50 hours/week
**Salary**: $26.490 to $33.110 per hour
