**As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for**:
- Qualifying leads (Sales Qualified Leads) generated and pre-qualified by our marketing activities/campaigns
- Closing sales with qualified leads to generate new business and ensure the client’s needs are met
- Encouraging potential clients to buy premium products and close the best possible deal
- Using our CRM software to maintain a database of current information on new sales opportunities as well as existing customers, and reporting on sales activities
- Tracking sales cycle progress on a weekly basis to make sure customer acquisition and ongoing business goals are met
- Collaborating whole Sales Teams, and all other departments to assure the best service to customers and expected growth
**Relevant experience in the following fields will be considered an asset**:
- Two to Five years of experience in an Inside Sales position or other Sales position
- Knowledge of the manufacturing sector
- Knowledge of CRM software (Salesforce) and the sales process
- Bilingualism (English and French preferred)
- Ability to travel at least one or two times per year inside and outside Canada
