We are an automotive repair shop specializing in Japanese cars - Lexus & Toyota. We are looking for a highly motivated service advisor to join our team.

**Day-to-day Role**:

- welcome customers and discuss their needs
- answer phone calls and schedule appointments
- create work orders based on customers needs
- develop repair estimates by taking the cost of materials, supplies, and labour into consideration
- order parts and invoice customers

**Qualifications**:

- customer service
- knowledge/able to learn shop management software
- work in fast paced environment
- good oral and speaking skills
- good organization
- problem solving and able to make prompt decisions
- basic car knowledge

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $50,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
