**Description**
As the captive finance company of the Audi, Ducati and Volkswagen brands in Canada, VW Credit Canada, Inc., also known as Audi Finance and Volkswagen Finance, is a wholly owned subsidiary of VW Credit, Inc. Audi Finance and Volkswagen Finance offers a wide range of leasing, retail financing and protection plans expertly tailored to meet the needs of our Customers. Additionally, we provide commercial financing products to Audi and Volkswagen Dealers to support expanding dealership capabilities and enhancing overall operations.

The Sales Operations Intern assists the Sales & Marketing Department in a variety of functions including the monitoring and delivery performance metrics to key stakeholders. This position is based out of our Ajax office and reports to the Senior Manager, Sales Planning. We provide extensive guidance and support, as well as the opportunity to experience the captive automotive finance industry from the inside and gain valuable work experience.

The duration of this position will be 4 to 8 months.

**Responsibilities**:

- Monitoring and reporting of key business performance indicators
- Analyze industry data provided by data aggregators
- Preparation and delivery of sales data to service providers
- Preparation and delivery of Business Scorecards
- Create and review presentations, templates and internal guides for Executives, Dealer and Employee presentations, to monitor use of consistent corporate design guidelines
- Administer the Purchasing, Invoicing and Reconciliation process for Sales Operations and ensures that it follows Corporate Purchasing guidelines
- Perform other related duties as required by the department

**Qualifications**

**Educational requirement**:
Must be enrolled in a business program in a recognized Canadian University or College.

**Skills requirement**:

- Excellent communication skills - interpersonal, written and presentation
- 1-2 year business environment work experience preferred
- Proficient in Salesforce Sales Cloud and Microsoft Office suite (Expert level in Excel)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Superior attention to detail and demonstrated ability to meet tight deadlines
- Demonstrates an enthusiastic attitude and a passion for learning
- Knowledge of business intelligence software (SAP BusinessObjects) is an asset
