As the captive finance company of the Audi, Ducati and Volkswagen brands in Canada, VW Credit Canada, Inc., also known as Audi Finance and Volkswagen Finance, is a wholly owned subsidiary of VW Credit, Inc. Audi Finance and Volkswagen Finance offers a wide range of leasing, retail financing and protection plans expertly tailored to meet the needs of our Customers. Additionally, we provide commercial financing products to Audi and Volkswagen Dealers to support expanding dealership capabilities and enhancing overall operations.

This position is responsible for managing all pre-sale and post-sale Remarketing operations. The position monitors data flows between internal and external systems, ensures inspections are completed in a timely manner and validates that auction assignments are processed according to program rules and service level agreements. The role is also responsible for daily functions including problem pickup resolution, aged inventory investigation, arbitration management, and post-sale administration.

Key Responsibilities
- Ensures that vehicles are inspected and transported as per the Service Level Agreements, vehicles are sold as per departmental targets, and funds are received promptly from auction sales.
- Responsible for reconciling online and physical auction sales and performing regular audits to ensure corporate audit standards are followed.
- Co-ordinates the post-sale arbitration process with the Remarketing Area Manager and Auction vendor.
- Manages Auction assignment rules.
- Audits Vendor Service Level agreements to ensure rates are followed.

**Experience**:

- 1 year in a Business Operations Related role
- 3 years in a professional automotive environment

**Education**:

- College Diploma
- University degree
