To drive these initiatives, we are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented **Proposal Coordinator** to join our Business Development & Sales team.

**Responsibilities**:
Committed to and responsible for Sublatus' proposal and bid management, the Proposal Coordinator is responsible for various areas, including:

- Lead and oversee the entire proposal development lifecycle, ensuring strict adherence to all deadlines.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration with technical experts, project managers, and other key stakeholders to gather essential information for proposals.
- Craft, revise, and format proposal content, ensuring clarity, persuasiveness, and compliance with all requirements.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive repository of proposal resources, including templates, standard responses, and project summaries.
- Manage the bid submission process meticulously, ensuring the inclusion and timely submission of all required documents.
- Conduct thorough research on potential clients and projects to tailor proposals to their unique needs and preferences.
- Assist the marketing team in the creation of promotional materials, presentations, and other marketing collateral.
- Manage the company's social media presence, ensuring consistent and engaging content that aligns with our brand and values.
- Oversee and maintain proposal timelines, ensuring all tasks are completed on schedule.
- Analyze proposal outcomes, providing insightful recommendations for continuous improvement and strategic positioning.

**Qualifications and Competencies**:

- Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in proposal coordination, technical writing, or a similar role.
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and persuasively.
- Experience managing multiple proposals simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of the environmental construction industry and relevant regulations.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and proposal management software.

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and strategically.
- A proactive approach to work, with the ability to take initiative and work independently when required.

**Working Conditions**:

- This is a full-time, salary role with defined minimum work hours. Overtime may be required from time to time.
- Travel may be required from time to time.
