**Description**:
Exceptional Painting provides opportunities to develop skills quickly, with extensive training programs. As a result, apprentices move up in pay more quickly and earn higher wages than normal painting companies provide. In addition, Exceptional Painting strongly emphasizes a positive work culture. We realize that enjoying your time at work is just as important as doing a great job. This is why we are so selective in who we hire and implement a four-phase interview process. This allows us to find just the right fit and employ the right people to complement our already exceptional work environment. After all, it is the people that make the company.

**What to expect**:
Painting apprentices will begin as students of painting, learning the techniques and procedures developed by Exceptional Painting that separate us from our competition. Learning these skills will be an integral part of your career as you succeed in new roles, such: Painter levels 1, 2, 3, 4, and eventually Lead Painter. Each level will require new abilities that empower you and lend themselves to having more responsibilities. As you reach new levels, you will see pay increases and opportunities for other perks.

Exceptional Painting apprentices will be expected to be professional, punctual, and customer-oriented individuals with a high capacity for learning and excellent fine motor skills. It is not necessary to have painting experience Unlike other companies, we are looking for people with limited or no experience to ensure that we are teaching you our very own methods and systems.

- Some previous experience in painting is considered valuable but not necessary.
- Physical fitness is an asset, as it is a physical job.
- Good communication skills are essential, as we are regularly dealing with customers.
- A friendly personality is highly valued for the Exceptional Painting work culture.
- Motivation to succeed and improve is integral to your job as an apprentice.
