**Job Duties**:

- Prepare vehicle to be painted, including pre-wash/wipe down and masking
- Remove exterior trims and hardware
- Identify and evaluate all painting surfaces to determine the proper level of repair
- Sand, spot fill, price and condition areas of repair
- Mask and tape for multi-tone work or to protect areas that do not require painting
- Mix paint to blend and match colours
- Dry or bake newly painted areas
- Other duties as required

**Ideal Requirements**:

- Previous experience in automotive painting preferred
- The ability to work well in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Education in automotive painting an asset
