**Job**:Landscaper Position (Entry Level)

**Job description**:The landscaper position contributes to Allanova’s mission of providing residential home owners a sense of ease with their landscaping and construction needs by delivering quality work at a competitive price. The landscaper(s) will mainly be installing sod and artificial turf on customers property.

**Responsibilities**:
The landscaper has the following responsibilities and duties:

- Utilizing different tools to implement tasks
- Handling of sod and turf material
- Taking safety precautions to ensure the safety of themselves and others
- Perform duties as assigned
- Communicate effectively and proactively with clients when needed
- Implement caution in terms of covid-19
- Keep up to date with scheduling and proactive with timings
- Wear clothing that will not compromise your or your colleagues’ safety
- Being respectful to others, respect cultures of clients and colleagues

**Requirements**:
The landscaper should have the following skills.
- Must be age of majority in Ontario (18+)
- Ability to learn quickly
- Good verbal skills
- Able to lift upwards of 30kg
- General open availability during weekdays
- Must purchase steel-toe boots
**Allanova’s mission**:Allanova is dedicated to providing top quality landscaping, hardscaping and construction work to homeowners and residents throughout the GTA, particularly in Mississauga, Brampton and Oakville.

**Compensation**:
Allanova will provide the following:

- Salary: $16 per hour, with the possibility of rising to $20 per hour
- T4 stubs

Contract length: 4 months
Part-time hours: 20 per week
