**Overview**

**Position Summary**

We are hiring a **Painter Helper** to assist our professional painting crew with day-to-day job site operations. This entry-level position is perfect for someone looking to start a career in the painting and home improvement industry. Training is provided.

**Responsibilities**
- Assist painters with surface preparation (masking, sanding, cleaning, and taping).
- Help set up and maintain equipment, spray machines, and tools.
- Carry, load, and organize materials and supplies.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety on job sites.
- Support the team with priming, touch-ups, and cleanup after projects.
- Provide excellent customer service when interacting with homeowners.

**Requirements**:

- Positive attitude, reliability, and strong work ethic.
- Physically fit and able to work on ladders and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently in a team environment.
- Willingness to learn new skills and painting techniques.
- Previous experience in construction, painting, or general labor is an asset (but not required).
- Valid driver’s license/personal vehicle is preferred but not required
